The spacious modern open-planned kitchen/diner is very well equipped with plenty of crockery, glasses, utensils etc. Microwave, electric cooker, washer/drier, dishwasher etc
There are plenty of personal touches to enhance your stay

The dining area comfortably seats 4 people and has sliding doors leading out to the garden area and the patio which is equipped with a double swing and bench with seating area
There is a fold down bed settee for the unexpected guest

The lounge is upstairs and has double aspect windows with commanding views from the windows across the rural countryside towards Winsford Hill and from the other windows views towards Dunkery Beacon the highest point on Exmoor.

It has 2 comfy sofas and an armchair and comfortably seats six people.
A feature electric fire, TV with Free Sat, DVD Player and a collection of books, local information,
maps and jigsaw puzzles.

The beds are made up for you with freshly laundered linen. Please bring your own towels

There is a shower room and loo next to the bedroom
